£25,043 - £32,852.
Based in Wigan; with occasional travel across North West.
There aren’t many job roles that offer you the chance to change lives for the better on a daily basis.
That’s why we are looking for someone very special for this amazing job opportunity.
Last year, over 180 young people completed Team Programmes managed by Groundwork CLM on behalf of the Prince’s Trust. That’s over 180 people, each with a story to tell about how this unique personal development programme has helped them to start believing in themselves again, learn new skills and make new friends.
Many have found work after previously being unemployed, or gone on to training or further education after long periods of inactivity. Others have overcome significant barriers that had been holding them back.
As Programme Manager, you’ll manage the team delivering our programme of exemplary personal development courses across Cheshire, Lancashire and Merseyside. You’ll work in a hugely rewarding environment, as part of a team that is changing places and lives across Cheshire, Lancashire and Merseyside.
Our work to support communities has never been needed more, which means we need the right people to help us deliver. If you think that you have the qualities, knowledge and experience to make a difference, we’d like to hear from you.
