Construction Social Value Manager

We're looking for a confident and collaborative professional with a strong understanding of the construction sector and a passion for creating social value.You will have substantial experience building and managing partnerships, bringing together a range of stakeholders to deliver shared goals and achieve positive outcomes for communities.With a proven track record in project, budget and people management, you will be comfortable leading complex programmes, using data and insight to drive performance and continuously improve service delivery.You will have experience securing funding, generating income and delivering or managing social value initiatives, alongside the ability to influence, motivate and challenge constructively when required.Working in a fast-paced and evolving environment, you will be adaptable, resilient and committed to delivering high-quality results through collaboration and strong leadership.Experience of business planning, impact reporting or managing events and campaigns would be advantageous, as would an understanding of planning obligations and Section 106 agreements.

Groundwork Northern Ireland is seeking an ambitious and motivated Engagement & Development Coordinator to support and grow our thriving Men's Sheds Network, which currently supports more than 120 Men's Sheds across Northern Ireland.
