The process
We work with your organisation to identify activities tailored to your organisational needs, staff skills and staff development needs. We take care of planning the activities, involving community groups and external partners, carrying out the necessary risk assessments and sourcing materials and equipment if required.
You can work with us on an ongoing basis with staff committing a certain amount of hours regularly, or through one-off teambuilding days.
It’s not free – organising activities takes a lot of time and we have limited funding. The fee you pay covers our costs and helps keep our charity sustainable.
