We have developed tailored approaches to work with groups facing particular challenges such as people with a history of offending, refugees and asylum seekers, people with disabilities and care leavers.

We use techniques such as wage subsidies to attract supportive employers, provide work experience and temporary jobs to overcome a lack of work history and work closely with partners to address associated issues such as substance abuse, homelessness and language barriers.

We offer employers support with recruitment and settling-in processes to ensure the transition to work is smooth and provide a safety net in case of problems arising.
