At Energy Youth Centre in the heart of Eastleigh we welcome all young people aged between 11-18 years. We run free evening drop in sessions where young people can get help, support and guidance on any subject, from our experienced youth workers or just hangout and enjoy the centre.
Drop in sessions:
14-18 year olds: 6-9pm Mondays, Thursdays & Saturdays
11-14 year olds: 3-5.30pm Saturdays
We have sound systems, pool tables, table tennis, arts materials, TVs, games consoles and a sound-proof music studio. We also run more structured sessions which include; cooking, boxing and fitness classes and music production workshops. Visit our Facebook page for the latest.
