Salary: £31,000 to £33,000 per annum, pro rata
Hours: 30 hours per week

Location: The Greenhouse Business Centre, Annfield Plain / Flexible

About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Manager to be responsible for our commercial business rental units across the North East & Cumbria Trust, including the flagship Greenhouse Business Centre at Annfield Plain alongside three other units
This role will have overall responsibility for the daily management of our Business Centre, leading a team of staff to ensure a high quality, professional and profitable business, catering and events service is provided to customers.
With an innovative and entrepreneurial approach the post holder will lead and develop activities and events and drive the ongoing improvement and development of our commercial properties.
About you
We are seeking someone who has significant experience working in a similar role overseeing successful commercial, hospitality or business centre management including provision of events, catering and resource management. You will have excellent commercial awareness and effective budget management skills as well as being innovative with an entrepreneurial approach to developing and driving new business. Being an effective communicator and negotiator is essential as well as being a ‘people’ person with a positive and enthusiastic approach.
