Groundwork UK Committee Member

Groundwork UK is the national body of the Groundwork Federation, supporting, championing and representing the work of Groundwork Trusts across the UK. Our UK Committee oversees and supports all aspects of our brand building, income generation and business management and reports on the activities of Groundwork UK to Groundwork’s wider Federation Board.

We wish to add to the skills, knowledge and experience on our Committee. We are particularly seeking candidates with some or all of the following:

  • Experience in management or delivery of programmes delivering skills or support for young people
  • An active commitment to driving greater inclusion and diversity in the voluntary sector
  • Experience of overseeing safeguarding and other quality management processes
  • Change management expertise.

The UK Committee meets quarterly, usually in Birmingham. Members are encouraged to support other Groundwork events and provide support to the Groundwork UK chief executive and senior management team in between meetings.
