Groundwork South is committed to transforming people’s lives and places through social, economic and environmental action. In terms of development and delivery of these projects we work across three business themes, Parks & Open Spaces, Youth & Employment and Greener Living & Working.

It is an exciting time to join our expanding Devon & Cornwall Team, working on a project to enable Young People in the areas of Saltash and Callington to have a voice and take social action on how their community spaces are best used for the benefit of the whole community.  A passion for youth work, supporting young people to achieve their individual potential and enhance their life skills to make positive life choices is fundamental to this role.
