Simon Herbert

Simon has lived and worked across various London boroughs for the past 33 years, most recently working for UBS Investment Bank where he was a Managing Director leading large-scale change initiatives across the bank.  Prior to UBS, Simon was a Partner with Accenture, delivering strategy, process and technology change projects for leading financial services clients including Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch and the London Stock Exchange. 

Simon retired from financial services in 2023 and joined Groundwork London on the Finance and Audit Committee in February 2024, before being appointed to the Groundwork London Board in June 2025.  He currently holds one other board position with Mind in Haringey and also provides pro-bono consulting and advice to a number of smaller charities.
