Chelsea is 27 and from Salford. She left school with basic GCSEs and initially built her career in the care sector. In recent years, Chelsea had to step away from work due to health issues and personal circumstances. Now ready to re-enter the workforce, Chelsea was seeking a fresh start. She discovered our Multi-Skilled Property Maintenance Programme for Women, delivered through the Elevate Salford programme. She enrolled in the 8-week construction programme, motivated by a desire for a new career challenge in construction, though initially unsure which trade to pursue.
