In 2015, Groundwork partnered with Tarmac (then Lafarge Tarmac) to run the Green Team, our award-winning employment project for young people. It was based in the beautiful Panshanger Park near Hertford, in Hertfordshire. The team created a Forest School for the Wildlife Trust to use to teach local children about their environment. The Green Team gained experience, qualifications and confidence through the project.
