Our service operates Monday – Thursday 9am to 5pm and to 4:30pm Fridays. If you would like further support, talk to us. We’ll listen, never judge, and help you find a way forward.

Phone line open from 10am to 2pm. When you call us we will take a few minutes to ask about your situation so we can work out the best way to support you. A voicemail box is available outside of our phone opening hours, please leave a message and we will call you back.

We offer pre-booked face-to-face appointments at key locations across County Durham. Contact us to discuss your options.

Drop-in for support
Our drop-in sessions are designed to provide initial support. Depending on your needs, you may be asked to schedule a follow-up appointment. This could take place at a different location or be conducted over the phone.
