Groundwork Shop
Based at the Middlefields Recycling Village in South Shields, recycles unwanted items including hoovers, three-piece suites, TVs and a range of children’s toys

Sessions currently take place in Stockton, Hartlepool and Darlington
Veg Fest
Veg Fest is the inter-school growing competition that runs throughout the growing season, culminating in a celebration. It helps schools to set up and run their own growing club and run growing sessions, across the East of England.
Support for vulnerable residents during a powercut
Vulnerable residents can get help from Groundwork in the East of England, offering free advice and information on how to improve their health and well-being in the event of a power cut.

Visit Minera
Thanks to funding from a Heritage Lottery Fund grant we have re-opened Minera Lead Mines near Wrexham as an exciting visitor attraction and outdoor events space. An exciting programme of activities for all ages and abilities will be run during school holidays.
Eden Hill Peoples Centre
The drop in Centre in Eden Hill has by far been the main conduit for local residents to raise their concerns and issues
