Support for veterans: Operation Re-Org
We understand that the transition to civilian life can be hard for some veterans, which is why we set up Operation Re-Org programme, providing extra support to veterans who need it.
The programme, which is run by Terry Morley, a veteran who served with the 1st Battalion King’s Regiment himself, helps veterans build up their skills and experience and improve their mindset.
1-2-1 coaching session cover topics such as:
- Identifying what support is needed
- Establishing goals
- Developing a ‘working mindset’
- Support to secure employment
- Access to training, including accredited courses
