Employment and Community Project Officer
£22,869 to £26,768 plus attractive benefits
full time, two-year contract (with potential for extension)
Location: working across Essex

Our team in Essex is growing and we have recently secured a large long-term contract working with ex-offenders.  We are looking for someone with experience of working in the landscaping, horticultural or construction or conservation industries keen to transfer their knowledge to others through our training projects.  Other project delivery will include working with groups of volunteers undertaking our range of community projects.  The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, leading and managing all types of groups on site including planting, paving, or general conservation tasks for example.  It requires an enthusiastic individual willing to deliver a wide range of projects, who can motivate people and pass on skills setting people up for a strong future.
