From community growing, gardens and allotments to a wide range of wellbeing courses, activities and sessions, our projects have helped to bring people together to engage in purposeful activities which have helped them build resilience, improve confidence, increase physical activity, reduce isolation and develop better social networks.

Physical health and mental wellbeing are a part of a thread that runs through all GNEC projects. We will provide a holistic community approach to improve experiences for people and the environment they live in which we will do by enhancing community green spaces, connecting people, reducing isolation, improving skills and giving people a sense of purpose.

His artwork is truly breath-taking in their vibrancy and skill. Rob has now been painting for over a year and has recently been approached by a gallery in Middlesbrough that want to display his paintings and hold an exhibition for the artwork which he is thrilled about.
