Work with us: Education

eat the school - msstt

Groundwork MSSTT works with schools to deliver innovative environmental education, transform school grounds and re-engage disaffected young people into education.

We excel at providing exciting and creative environmental activities to bring the curriculum to life both inside and outside the classroom. Pupils benefit from engaging with new learning experiences and gain a better understanding of the environment, their local community and the principles of sustainable development.

Our school grounds transformations have helped schools provide whole new ways of learning as well as making the school more attractive to pupils and parents.

Our alternative curriculum initiatives have helped many disengaged young people change from a path of negativity to one of hope. Working primarily outdoors and often away from the school setting, practical group activities motivate young people, boost their confidence and help them to recognise their strengths. We have an admirable track record of helping to reintegrate disengaged young people into mainstream education.

We are absolutely delighted with the natural play project designed and delivered by Groundwork... what sets Groundwork apart is the effort they make to engage with staff and parents, to understand our requirements and then to create an innovative, high quality facility within agreed budgets.
